1. Registration Guide
By May 1, 2015, you will receive the official notification of acceptance. Once you receive the official notification, please make your travel arrangements and send the registration form (Click Here) to the organizing committee (firstname.lastname@example.org) by May 31. The room assignment will be notified to the participants by June 8. The organizing staff may ask some late applicants to share the rooms with each other when the rooms are oversubscribed.
In order to avoid the first day chaos, the organizing committee hopes that the overseas participants who are not supposed to stay at the Hoam Faculty House, too, will submit the registration form to the organizing committee.
