2. Payment Information

Registration fee

•Regular Fee – 100 USD
•Graduate students – 75 USD


Accommodation fee

•Regular Fee – 50 USD per night
•Graduate students – 35 USD per night

The registration fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, and admission to all sessions. The American Studies Association of Korea will provide a free welcoming reception and farewell banquet to all registered participants.

A special conference rate at Hoam has been made possible by a generous subsidy from the American Studies Association of Korea. Registered participants can stay at 50 USD per night (35 USD for graduate students) for four nights (check-in on August 16th and check-out on August 20th). ASAK also invites all participants to an outing to the historic Gyeongbok Palace on August 20, 2015.

Payment method

Participants can pay upon arrival. For more information, please refer to the registration form (Click Here).

Refund policy (wire transfer only)

Lodging and conference fees are refundable before June 30, 2015, upon request (nonrefundable after July 1). And the organizing committee will charge the twenty percent of the original amount as an administrative cost (returning the eighty percent of the original amount). Please arrange your schedule carefully from the beginning.
